Nancy and Ron Ryan
Total Home of The Woodlands, Texas, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owners Ron and Nancy Ryan run this family-owned company. The family has more than 150 years of combined experience in sales, leasing, managing, remodeling, and complete home building.
Ron and Nancy bring all of that experience and product knowledge to focus on their clients’ home needs, whether it is in the ongoing care and maintenance of their homes or the specialized needs in helping clients sell or purchase real estate. The addition of Home Watch services is for those who only need their homes watched and cared for as they travel for vacation, family visits, or even for full seasonal moves.
Ron is a licensed real estate broker, who previously held an inspector’s license; he is also designated as a master builder with the NAHB. Ron has been an independent custom home builder and has served at most levels within a national home builder. Combining that experience with seven years in full-time ministry, he is able to properly care for his clients and their homes with “heart, honesty, humility, and hustle!”
Nancy brings many years of attention to detail to make sure nothing is overlooked as she keeps schedules, calendars, and the bookkeeping in order. As a classically trained piano major, she is well aware of the importance of every detail and has an eye for having jobs completed properly and on time.
Ron and Nancy understand the concept of commitment, as they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June of 2022! They bring that same level of commitment as they care for their clients’ homes as if they were their own.
