Cover Your Assets Home Watch of North Port, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owners Missy Ordiway and Will Tanguay have been residents of Sarasota and Charlotte Counties for more than 10 years.

With over 15 years of experience in the construction and home-building industry, it only made sense that Missy and Will decided on a path to accomplish another dream together with Cover Your Assets Home Watch. Clients will notice right away, by the name of their company, that they like to have fun. It’s a play on words; however, they take their jobs very seriously and want their clients to feel comfortable knowing they are leaving their homes in capable and knowledgeable hands. 

In their previous work experiences, Missy and Will have built homes, held a general contractor’s license as handymen, done roofing, pressure cleaning, and pest exclusions. With their new venture, there is a great opportunity to use their knowledge to provide visual inspections of unoccupied homes, becoming the eyes and ears for their clients when they can’t be there. Furthermore, Missy has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years, and in many cases has held valuable information for clients, such as online banking passwords, credit card numbers, and key code entry numbers. The requirement to keep customers’ information secure, confidential, and in trustworthy hands is an extremely important aspect of Home Watch.

Missy and Will have been a couple for close to five years and reside in North Port with Missy’s two sons and niece. Together they have accomplished many dreams. They are best friends and life partners and have created a fun and loving environment for the kids and their friends on their five-acre farm. They love to help other people.
