Greetings!
Dakota Home Watch of Bismarck, North Dakota, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Dakota Home Watch is owned and operated by the mother-and-son team of Tracey and Derek Lockrem, who have been Bismarck residents since 2007. This is truly a family business, as Tracey’s husband and Derek’s father, Steve, is the “on call, behind-the-scenes guy,” available whenever he’s needed.
Both Tracey and Derek have earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional, ranking them among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Tracey and Derek’s commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
Home Watch is the perfect family business for the Lockrems. Not only do they get to provide their community with the NHWA’s Gold Standard of care, but they also collaborate as a family and provide care for clients’ homes as though their clients are a part of the Lockrem family.
Tracey and Steve have been active community members in the Bismarck area since their move home from Montana in 2007. Tracey has extraordinary care and commitment for others, having worked for more than 30 years in the health care field. Steve is a retired pastor/counselor and continues to be involved in many community projects and activities. Derek is a specialist in providing personalized care, as he has excelled in customer service for the past eight years. He has a passion for people and serving their needs.
I am pleased that Dakota Home Watch and the Lockrems are representing the NHWA in North Dakota.
