Owner Wendy Jennings is a Southwest Michigan native and has been a regular visitor to the Punta Gorda area since 1996, making it her permanent home in 2016. Her family has owned multiple business and rental properties which she has managed over the years. Wendy brings her experience in property management to Deep Creek Home Watch Services.
After beginning to take care of a friend’s property while they were away, Wendy noticed a need for professional Home Watch services in her community. She then developed Deep Creek Home Watch, where she provides her clients an advocate for their homes as well as peace of mind in their absence.
Wendy is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts her into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Wendy’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. Holding the title of Certified Home Watch Professional lets the public know that they are hiring a true professional who has passed vetting, training, and examinations to provide world-class service.
