Desert Home Guardian Services of Fountain Hills, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Owners Diane and Pete Santiago found their first home in Paradise Valley, later moved to Scottsdale, and now reside full-time in Fountain Hills. They are veterans of Arizona living and know every nook and cranny their beautiful desert state has to offer. Because of their caring personalities and knowledge of Arizona businesses and suppliers, Pete and Diane became the “go-to” folks for family, friends, and acquaintances when Home Watch services, recommendations for impeccable restaurants, and hot sights to visit were needed. Due to the pure enjoyment of this “go-to” role and trusting relationships that were built over the years, the Santiagos formed Desert Home Guardian Services (DHGS), a Home Watch and concierge company. They are appointed guardians committed to protecting the value of a client’s home and enabling the absence of stress when the client is physically away from their Arizona residence.

The benefit of hiring DHGS is that they provide value—value in knowing that a client’s home is okay while they are away, and value in knowing that if an issue is identified, the client will be notified immediately and DHGS will act on their behalf

DHGS is also accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I’ve been lucky enough to spend some time getting to know Diane and Pete several times. They have become very involved with the NHWA.
