Desert Home Guardian Services of Fountain Hills, AZ, earns third-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

Desert Home Guardian Services of Fountain Hills, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

Owners Diane and Pete Santiago found their first home in Paradise Valley, later moved to Scottsdale, and now reside full-time in Fountain Hills. They are veterans of Arizona living and know every nook and cranny their beautiful desert state has to offer. Because of their caring personalities and knowledge of Arizona businesses and suppliers, Pete and Diane became the “go-to” folks for family, friends, and acquaintances when Home Watch services, recommendations for impeccable restaurants, and hot sights to visit were needed. Due to the pure enjoyment of this “go-to” role and trusting relationships that were built over the years, the Santiagos formed Desert Home Guardian Services (DHGS), a Home Watch and concierge company. They are appointed guardians committed to protecting the value of a client’s home and enabling the absence of stress when the client is physically away from their Arizona residence.

We spent some time with Diane and Pete at the NHWA’s 2019 North American Conference in May of this year, where Diane gave addressed the Conference with a presentation about cyber-security. She also sits on the NHWA’s Advisory Board.
