About Our Company
Cottage Comforts is the premier house watch company on the Outer Banks of North Carolina providing services from Corolla to Nags Head. Founded in 2005, we offer weekly and twice monthly house checks of your vacation home. Our focus is non-rental homes but we do offer off-season services to rental homes. In addition to inspections we also manage projects, obtain estimates from qualified vendors, provide access to your vendors and keep you informed of progress on projects, needed repairs and maintenance. We assist with storm prep and can provide post-storm inspections, when conditions and access for safe visits are possible. We tailor our services to the client’s need and provide the services home owners are looking for.
