We have been serving the Fort Myers area for over 12 years. We are an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association for the past 10 years and abide by their mission statement and code of ethics. We are licensed, insured and bonded.
We will inspect your home for obvious issues weekly or bi-weekly. We use an electronic checklist which can be customized to meet your needs. An inspection report that included temperature and humidity readings will be emailed to you after each visit. It also includes a date stamp so you can verify when we were there.
Pricing varies depending on your needs, the size of your home and any extra items. You can cancel at any time and we start and stop inspections based on your travel plans.
We will email you an invoice at the end of the month and you can pay online by check or credit card.
