Our Articles of Organization are on record at the Nevada Secretary of State office under the name Home Watcher LV, LLC. We have a State of Nevada Business License (NV20121322720), and business licenses in Clark County and all cities where we do business. We are insured and bonded.
My family and I were Las Vegas tourists since 1998, visiting family and friends a few times a year. Finally in 2006, we decided to purchase a home in the southwest area, still commuting back and forth from Kentucky to Las Vegas several times a year.
In 2008, after 30 years in Manufacturing at General Motors Corp, I retired from a technical management career. My wife and I moved permanently to Las Vegas. In the two years that we lived away, it was very stressful not being in our Las Vegas home and wondering if everything was okay. (Landscaping and irrigation system, plumbing, heating and A/C, litter and flyers on the porch, weeds, general upkeep, etc.) Keeping our fingers crossed and holding our breath until the next visit. I know how important it is to ease the mind of the homeowner. We will “watch” each home as if it were our own.
My personal and work life offered us the opportunity to move from Montreal, Canada to Michigan, then Kentucky and finally Las Vegas, Nevada. From 2009 to 2015, I have been President of a Home Owner Association (HOA) in two different communities and I am familiar with the HOA processes which can become handy to you. Home watching is something I have done for several years for family, friends and neighbors, which triggered the idea of making it a business. I will use my technical expertise and long term property owner experience to help reduce your concerns when you are away.
Our aim is to establish a long term relationship with our customers. There is nothing like knowing a dependable person you can count on. Our goal is to help our customers fully enjoy their property from the time they walk in to the time they leave.
