Realtime Property Management is launching its new home watch service under the name Realtime Watch. Our team will inspect and care for your home as if it was their own. Realtime is an all-encompassing property management company specializing in Condo, HOA, POA, and Commercial Real Estate. They have accumulated over 55 properties since opening and continue to expand throughout Palm Beach County. The company was established in 2015 by Beth White, a Jupiter resident who has been working in property management for 30 years. Realtime strives to follow their slogan “Strong. Committed. Ready.” to emphasis the fact they are confident, enthusiastic and well equipped to serve their community.
Realtime Watch is a way for seasonal homeowners, travelers, or those that want extra care for their property, to get it. The company’s licensed, insured professionals inspect and familiarize themselves with your home then you can choose the level and frequency of home services you require. There is a one-time free inspection that includes an initial walkthrough, information sheets and reassurance of all annual updates to be kept on file.
