For the past four years Frank has been involved in watching homes and property while unoccupied. He is fully insured, bonded and licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a watch guard patrol agency. Additionally he has received national accreditation from “The National Home Watch Association”. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts.
In addition to providing home watch services “House Watchers” can inspect, test and replace if necessary smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. We are familiar with the state fire code and can advise you on ways to protect you and your family from being at risk from fire and carbon monoxide poisoning.
