Eagle View HomeWatch of Fort Myers, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director
Greetings!
Eagle View HomeWatch of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Mother-and-daughter team Jodi Sackett and Lindsay Baxter are both Fort Myers natives. They started thinking about doing Home Watch because Jodi’s husband and Lindsay’s father, Jeff Sackett, owns a pressure-cleaning company, and people often ask him if he does Home Watch. A few have even recommended he start his own business. Jodi and Lindsay both felt this was a great idea to pursue. They were already contemplating starting a business together, but nothing ever really stood out or felt worth pursuing until the Home Watch idea came about.
Jodi enjoys working with people and has 35 years’ experience in customer service, working in banking, doctors’ offices, and real estate. Jodi feels that her 13 years of experience in real estate will be beneficial to the business. She was a licensed Realtor Assistant; her job description included many of the same responsibilities as someone who does Home Watch. Jodi and Jeff have two daughters, a nephew whom they’ve raised as their son since he was an infant, and two granddaughters.
Jodi has earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show her commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
Lindsay graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business Management and Psychology. Throughout school and post-graduation, her business experience consisted of working in customer relations. Her achievements include the Presidents’ Education Award, the Who’s Who Award in Academic Excellence, and the Harry Chapin Food Bank Award. Lindsay and her husband, Cole, have two daughters, Bailey and Madison. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs. and wanted to find a way to earn income for her family while still being able to create her own schedule and be there for her daughters as much as possible. She has always loved to help people, which is reflected in her volunteer work. Lindsay and Jodi wanted a name that reflected gratification for being an FGCU graduate, and so Eagle View HomeWatch was born. Lindsay hopes that through this business she can be a great help to her community and provide a sense of security to her clients.
I got to meet with Jodi and Lindsay when I was in Fort Myers during my Florida tour in January.
