Five years is a long time, so I take pleasure in announcing that Elite Home Watch Plus of SWFL of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the fifth consecutive year.
Owners Annette and Scott Van Vliet believe in running their family business with integrity. Scott has a very impressive background as a State Certified Class “A” Air Conditioning Contractor (HVAC), as well as his 30 years of performing extensive maintenance at local hospitals and a retirement facility. Annette is a real estate broker with extensive experience in property manager. She has also been overseeing clients’ investments for years, which is how their Home Watch company came to be.
Scott and Annette’s mantra is to provide quality service and value with honesty and dependability. I don’t think you can lose with that combination.
