Elite Home Watch Plus of SWFL of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the seventh year.
Owners Annette and Scott Van Vliet believe in running their family business on faith-based principles and with integrity. Scott is a State Certified Class “A” Air Conditioning Contractor (HVAC). His experience also includes over 30 years of performing extensive maintenance at local hospitals and a retirement facility.
Annette is a successful real estate broker with extensive experience in property management. She has also been overseeing clients’ investments for years, which is how Elite Home Watch Plus of SWFL came to be.
Scott and Annette’s goal is to provide quality service and value, with honesty and dependability. Together, they make a great Home Watch team.
