Owners Annette and Scott Van Vliet believe in running their family business with integrity. Scott has a very impressive background as a State Certified Class “A” Air Conditioning Contractor (HVAC), as well as 30 years of performing extensive maintenance at local hospitals and a retirement facility. Annette is a real estate broker with extensive experience in property management. She has also been overseeing clients’ investments for years, which is how their Elite Home Watch Plus of SWFL came to be.
Scott and Annette’s mantra is to provide quality service and value with honesty and dependability. I don’t think you can lose with that combination.
