Greetings!
Fernandina Property Maintenance of Fernandina Beach, Florida, has earned NHWA accreditation for the ninth year.
After spending years in the corporate world, managing 30 different brands and spending time in the construction management industry, owner Dave Carter has been in the Home Watch business since 2012. Fernandina Property Maintenance performs Home Watch and property maintenance.
Dave is married to his co-owner, Jeri. They reside in Fernandina Beach. I haven’t seen Dave in a few years, and it was great to meet up with him again during my Florida tour in January.
