Front Range Home Watch & Concierge of Castle Rock, Colorado, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Husband-and-wife team Mark and Kathy Grudecki have been residents of Castle Rock since 2011. Their company mission is simply “to help people live their best life and truly enjoy the things they have worked hard for,” such as spending the cold winter months in warmer climates. With that in mind, Mark and Kathy remove stress and minimize the risks associated with leaving home for extended periods while providing their clients a high degree of confidence that their home is in capable hands.

Mark and Kathy are both from upstate New York. After receiving degrees from Siena College and Paul Smith’s College, Mark began a leadership career with several Fortune 500 retail organizations that lasted close to 30 years. In his most recent role as Regional Vice President of the Southwest US for a large national corporation, he was entrusted with leadership of large teams and maintaining valuable physical assets (including stores and corporate buildings) to high standards. Mark is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and helping others.

Kathy’s professional career in medical records management culminated in the role of Regional Manager, ensuring that teams in multiple facilities followed strict legal and industry compliance standards regarding maintenance and release of confidential medical information. Mark and Kathy have been married since 1993. With the adoption of their daughter, Alexandra, in 2009, Kathy took on the role of full-time mom.

Being homeowners since 1995, Mark and Kathy have experienced the difficulty of finding trustworthy service providers to care for their home when the need arose over the years. Establishing Front Range Home Watch & Concierge allows them to fulfill their love of helping others and fills a void with providing a needed service in the southern Denver metro area.
