Greetings!
Gateway Home Watch of Punta Gorda, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Kristine Wishard has been a Florida resident for over 40 years. She is an active member of the community and has served as President of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and President of the PGPCNP Board of Realtors. Kris opened Gateway Home Watch because she knows first-hand how necessary it is to have a professional checking on a vacant property. She owns an Association Management company which manages over 60 communities. They experience water leaks in vacant condos on a weekly basis.
In her spare time, Kris enjoys boating and snorkeling with her family.
