Genuine Management Services of Ormond Beach, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the National Home Watch Association for the second consecutive year.
Owners Joseph and Marisa Rains have been managing single-family and condominium communities for many years and enjoy assisting homeowners with their vacant properties while they are away.
Overseeing vacant homes for absentee owners began on a very small scale, but over the years the need for vacant Home Watch and specialized concierge services has grown exponentially, and Genuine Management Services was born.
Joseph and Marisa live in the wonderful community of Ormond Beach. They’ve been married for 20 years, have four beautiful daughters, are very active in their church, and enjoy helping homeowners with their property needs.
