Golden Rule Home Watch & Concierge of Herndon, Virginia, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year. Golden Rule is the result of four people with many different strengths and passions coming together to form a very strong team. Dan and Amy Lender, along with Dave and Maria Buczek, are the principals of Golden Rule Home Watch & Concierge.
Dan began his career in Western Pennsylvania as a registered pharmacist, but soon became involved in the software industry, working with large corporations. He honed his customer service skills while working with many large clients in the mid-Atlantic region. Dave has always been involved with technology and customer service, winning awards and commendations related to exceptional service provided by some of the many start-ups he was involved in, as well as his own business and technology consulting firm.
Amy brings her passion for helping people, which stems from her lifelong work in the healthcare field. After earning a degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, she spent her career improving processes and procedures by listening to co-workers and evaluating problems, and then using technology to improve and implement changes. Maria has worked in both commercial and residential real estate, and then added real estate appraiser to her resume. With her top-notch organizational, planning and technical skills added to the mix, Golden Rule Home Watch & Concierge is able to deliver incredible service to its clients by introducing the Hi-Tech and Hi-TouchTM Home Watch and CarWatchTM approach to monitoring homes and automobiles, which was developed by Dave. This approach provides 24/7 Home Watch and environmental monitoring.
We got to spend a little time with Dan at the NHWA’s 2019 North American Conference in May.
