Good Life Home Watch of St. Petersburg, FL, earns sixth-year accreditation from the NHWA!
I am very happy to announce that long-time member Jennifer Frost has re-branded her company. J&M Home Management of St. Petersburg, Florida, is now Good Life Home Watch. Having had the opportunity to get to know Jennifer over the past six years, I know that the new brand reflects her view of things: always positive. And that is what she wants her clients to have—positive experiences. Now a six-year NHWA Accredited Member, Jen told me, “This has been in the works for nearly a year, and we are excited to have a name that aligns with the core mission of our company. Our clients have to come to rely on us to watch their homes while they are away, and through our services, our goal is to help them all enjoy the Good Life they deserve to live.”
Attention to detail is key to Jennifer and her team, because in her previous career, she was responsible for moving the Ringling Brothers Circus (complete with elephants) from one location to the next. And that involved a lot of details…not to mention peanuts.
Team member Allison Nacsa has been working with Jennifer for the last four years. Both Jennifer and Allison have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional. The CHWP designation shows their commitment to providing excellence to their clients, making them elite Home Watch providers. It also shows their clients that there are sound processes in place which are followed whenever Jennifer or her team checks on their homes. Jennifer is a very active member of the National Home Watch Association. She serves on our Education Committee and has been a part of our Best Practices panel. She will also be helping with our 2021 North American Conference next April in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Jennifer and the Good Life Home Watch team understand the benefits and peace of mind that come from exceptional Home Watch and concierge services. Good Life Home Watch’s goals are to ensure their clients receive the highest in quality work and customer service, whether they are at home or away. I have no doubt that they’ll achieve their goals.
A little about the National Home Watch Association: The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).
