Greetings!
Greenbrier Home Watch of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Kevin Napier was born and raised in Greenbrier County and has been a resident of White Sulphur Springs all his life. He graduated from Greenbrier East High School and from the National Institute of Technology. Immediately after graduating from college, Kevin was employed by United Parcel Service, retiring after 28 years of service with an impeccable record of hard work, safety, and dedication. He then began his second career as a licensed home inspector. He also received his radon testing certification and has conducted over 1,000 inspections through a local home inspection service since 2014.
Kevin has always been a home enthusiast and loves to renovate homes to sell in his spare time. In January of 2019, he began Greenbrier Home Watch to offer an exclusive home management service for members of The Greenbrier Sporting Club. Kevin is married to Cindi Napier, Director of Group Sales at The Greenbrier, and is father to two sons, Brett and Seth. Kevin is an active member of his church and enjoys golfing and skiing.
Kevin has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Kevin’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
