Gulf Coast Residential Property Management of Clearwater, FL, earns fifth-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

Gulf Coast Residential Property Management of Clearwater, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the fifth year.

Beginning in 1982, Owner Mike Kish started his education in the maintenance trade in Southeast Michigan, where he contracted with the Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit. Two years later, he started his own maintenance company, which performed work for in the homes of Congressmen, professional athletes, and busy professionals.

Mike also enjoyed a 27-year career as a professional firefighter, NFPA Certified Inspector, member of Oakland County Homeland Security, and the Wayne County Hazardous Incident Response Team. Through his work, he is certified in fire investigation, alarm systems, and sprinkler systems.

When Mike retired from being a firefighter in 2015, he sold his maintenance business and moved to Florida’s Gulf Coast. Recognizing that second-property homeowners needed a trustworthy Home Watch professional, Mike started Gulf Coast Residential Property Management.

Mike and his wife, Kelly, have spent most of their lives caring for people professionally during emergencies, as well as in the home maintenance business.
