Gulf Concierge 4 You of Bradenton, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Krystyna Molnar has years of experience working as an account manager for large corporations. She managed large accounts, selling products and services to meet their needs. Krystyna maintained existing business books and established new accounts.
Krystyna has been in the sales industry for more than 20 years. She loves meeting new clients and establishing relationships. Krystyna came to Florida, wanting to establish a business where she can assist Snowbirds by helping them maintain their homes and vacation rentals. Owning a home and even a vacation rental is something people work long and hard for. There should be someone trustworthy and honest to hire to ensure clients’ homes are watched over in their absence. Krystyna plans to do just that for her clients.
Artie Molnar, Krystyna’s husband, is a retired detective; he worked in the New York Police Department for 22 years. Following that, he was a manager of loss prevention, providing security and loss of property for a large supermarket chain. Now he works with Krystyna performing Home Watch and concierge services.
Krystyna and Artie have been married for 25 years. They have two sons: one is in the Air Force, currently stationed in South Korea. Beginning in September, he will be stationed in the United Kingdom for three years. Their other son is in the Manatee County Sheriff’s Department and is graduating from the Academy this month. He is also a licensed boat captain and can operate a hundred-ton vessel.
Krystyna and Artie love boating and kayaking, exploring nature preserves throughout Florida’s West Coast. They work out in the mornings to start the day off right.
