Greetings!
Gulfcoast Supreme of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Marco Schoenrock is a local real estate agent in the Greater Naples area. He was licensed in January of 2016 as a sales associate and received his broker’s license in October of 2018.
While working with clients, Marco saw the need of his out-of-state clients for Home Watch services, so he decided to complete his portfolio by offering Home Watch and rental assistance under his current company, Gulfcoast Supreme.
While homeowners are away up North, or even out of the country, Marco takes care of their Naples homes. And if they have guests or tenants, Marco is checking them in and out and takes care of their needs while they are there.
Marco is married and has two adorable children. He and his family originally moved from Germany to Naples. He is fluent in English, German and Luxembourgish.
