Harmony Home Watch of Vero Beach, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Gary Guida

Greetings!

Harmony Home Watch of Vero Beach, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Having provided and installed window treatments in thousands of homes in Indian River and Brevard Counties over the last 17 years as Window Harmony, owner Gary Guida became increasingly aware there was a need for Home Watch professionals to check people’s houses with a keen eye, resulting in peace of mind for homeowners while away. Gary has fielded numerous requests from homeowners for such a service.

Harmony Home Watch was originally established 12 years ago under the name of Guida Home Watch, in Melbourne Beach. Gary recently changed the name because he realized he was more experienced than some others in his area, and he wanted to take the business to the next level. By becoming an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association, and securing insurance specifically tailored for the Home Watch services he provides, as well as a bond, Harmony Home Watch reflects the seriousness with which Gary takes this responsibility. While his clients are away, they can count on his reliability, abilities, and professionalism as their eyes and ears on site. Gary works with his clients to address and resolve any issues that may arise in their absence.

While being passionate about attention to detail and accountability, Harmony Home Watch will work as their clients’ eyes and ears, providing a hands-on approach for the protection of their investments in the Sunshine State.

Having grown up in Westchester County, New York, Gary commuted into New York City, where he played basketball for and attended Manhattan College in the early 1970s. Shortly thereafter, he became involved in a biblical research and teaching ministry and ran in-home fellowships, teaching the Bible and running seminars and classes.

After spending about 20 years as a systems engineer and technology manager in editorial technology in the Magazine Division for Time Warner, Inc., Gary began renovating, flipping, and renting homes. This experience provided a firm foundation on which to build his window business. With family already in Florida and the flexible nature of this new line of work, Gary moved there in 2005. It was shortly after taking up residence in Melbourne Beach and later in Vero Beach that it became apparent there was a huge need for Home Watch services. Thus, Guida Home Watch—now Harmony Home Watch—was born

Harmony Home Watch serves Vero Beach, Melbourne Beach, and Indiatlantic. You can reach Gary at (321) 298-0679 or at GJGuida@gmail.com.  Learn more from his website, at www.harmonyhomewatchfl.com.

Welcome, Gary!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
