Partner Ron James has been in property management for four years and has more than 18 years’ experience consulting in backup/disaster recovery. He has an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business, Loyola University – Baltimore, Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree in Management from Colorado State University – Ft. Collins. After the Waldo Canyon Fire on June 23, 2012, Ron acted as his own builder, rebuilding his home in the Mountain Shadows Community.
Partner Theresa Sutherland has been a licensed real estate broker for five years and is the managing partner for her realty and property management company. In addition, Theresa has been in property management for 17 years and third-party utility billing for 11 years. Theresa has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kaplan University and a master’s degree from Colorado Technical University, with an emphasis on project management.
