Greetings!
High Maintenance Home Watch Services of Vero Beach, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Danielle and John Priest are Florida natives from Indian River County, and each has more than 25 years of experience in home and lawn care services. John has 25+ years of experience in the irrigation, lawn care, and landscaping industry. He spent his younger years working on residential and commercial construction sites and has worked on many different types of construction projects. John started learning irrigation and lawn care at the age of 12 and worked his way into mastering landscaping. He now has his own company, High Maintenance Home & LawnCare Services. Danielle has more than 25 years of experience in construction, project management, finance, and business operations.
Danielle and John are looking forward to expanding the High Maintenance name and are now offering Home Watch services, which they provide year-round.
Danielle is the primary point of contact and oversees the daily operations for High Maintenance Home Watch Services. Before owning High Maintenance, she dedicated 21 years to the City of Vero Beach. Danielle served in many different roles, from activities coordinator, accountant, manager for the electric utility, and assistant manager at the local airport. After leaving the City, Danielle spent four years as a consultant for two aviation firms. She was the Director of Operations and the construction manager overseeing more than 25 construction and planning projects. Danielle has also owned and operated a home improvement company, which included years of residential roofing. She has years of home construction knowledge and contacts that have been developed during all those years.
Danielle and John enjoy raising their family, hunting, fishing, and providing their community with high-quality home and lawn care services.
