Hill Country Home Watch Service of Jarrell, TX, earns third-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owner Celeste Pope moved with her family to Austin in the summer of 2015. Although originally from Colorado, she is proud to make Texas her home. Celeste was inspired to start Hill Country Home Watch Service while on vacation. Like most people who leave their homes for any length of time, she worried about what might happen while she was gone. It was then she knew that she could offer her services to her community to be their “eyes and ears” while they are away and help to give peace of mind to homeowners.
A consultation with the homeowner allows Celeste to create a customized plan to visually inspect their property and help with upkeep and maintenance, as well as check for any unexpected issues. The plan also allows the homeowner to decide how frequently they would like to have Home Watch inspections in their absence.
Celeste has a background in teaching and customer service and puts much importance on communication. Because of this, she uses a state-of-the-art reporting system to stay in touch with homeowners and, should any problem arise, will be available to make arrangements for repairs with the homeowner’s permission. In addition to Home Watch, keyholding is also available.
A little about the National Home Watch Association: The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).
