Greetings!
Home and Boat Watchdog of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, has earned third-year accreditation from the NHWA.
After many years of watching homes and holding keys for family, friends, and neighbors, owner David Koster says recent years seemed to have had the highest number of problems while owners were away. He enjoys supporting Delaware beach area property owners by saving them time and money and giving them peace of mind while they are away.
David has been living and boating at the beach for over 25 years. He also runs a successful photography studio. According to a study by Canon, a trained professional photographer has about five times more eye movements, paying close attention to detail, than the average person. David’s eyes have been trained to scan a scene and quickly notice inconsistencies and abnormalities. He also has always had the ability to find four-leaf clovers in a patch of three-leaf clovers. This natural trait, observing differences in patterns and things out of place, is very useful in the home and boat watch business.
David is a former lifeguard and a current board member of his neighborhood homeowners association. He is also a licensed boat captain, requiring additional background and drug testing for the Coast Guard and Homeland Security. The oldest son of three children, David’s mom had 13 siblings. He is married to Carrie Rest, his business partner and bookkeeper. They are parents to two school-aged children. The Kosters live with their mascot, Cider, a Boxer dog. They enjoy a busy family life that includes the beach, traveling, boating, water sports, sports, scouts, pets, school, and church.
Home and Boat Watchdog serves Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. They can be reached at (302) 278-4388 or info@HBWatchdog.com. Learn more at www.HBWatchdog.com.
Congratulations, David!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack
