Brian Evans

Home First Home Watch of Mesa, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Brian Evans hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he began his career as a union carpenter. He worked mostly in commercial construction and some residential construction for six years. The cold winters were one of the reasons he decided to make a change, and he moved to Phoenix in 2012.

In Phoenix, Brian worked for a custom closet company and a corporate real estate business, where he gained knowledge and experience in property management. He worked daily with customers and subcontractors to get the job done. This experience ultimately led Brian to become a licensed home inspector in Arizona in 2017, and he’s been a licensed home inspector in Arizona for the past six years. Recently, Brian discovered the field of Home Watch and knew it was the perfect career move; he has a passion for homes and enjoys working with customers.

Home First Home Watch serves Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Sun Lakes, Maricopa, and Fountain Hills.
