​Home Fridays of Bend, Oregon, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Tommy Chambers lives by the motto “Carpe Diem… Every Diem!” He is enthusiastic about designing what he calls a smarter future in property management and real estate. Tommy is a third-generation real estate professional and comes from a long line of U.S. Intelligence and State Department veterans. As a “foreign service kid,” Tommy lived in half a dozen countries before the age of eight and grew into his ideals, entering the property management industry in 2001, eventually serving those serving our country overseas at the highest level.

Tommy is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council and recorder of the first land-lease on Mars! He was featured on the cover of the “Top 100” magazine’s leaders in real estate in the first issue of 2021. Quoting Tommy, “What we’re doing in property management today is like what Tesla did for the auto industry 10 years ago. We’re using innovation, tech, optimum performance, cool technology infrastructure, and exciting products to improve the quality of property management and bring greater benefits, value, and return on investment to our clients and investors.”

Tommy calls his team the “Knights of the Round Table” because they all have an equal say, commitment, and share in the company’s success. Tommy calls the company “Camelot in the world of property management.” He says, “Our entire team is amazing, and I have full confidence in saying they are the very best at what they do and that the best is yet to come!”

Malia Sutton is the Client Services Manager at Home Fridays. She embodies the “Aloha spirit,” coming from the small plantation town of Wahiawa, Hawaii, and it shows in her warm smile and presence. Malia relocated to Bend in 2018 after attending Portland State University. With more than 10 years of experience in management and customer service, Malia is a natural leader and is committed to a greater client experience. She brings a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and great customer care.

When not at work, Malia loves to spend time with her husband and her black lab. You might find them exploring trails or enjoying the aprés-ski opportunities in the area.
