Jack Luber
Executive Director

Home Maintenance Organization of Newton, Massachusetts, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Robert Marcus, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, established Home Maintenance Organization (HMO) in 1999 after seeing a market need. He sought to provide professional, quality property management for individual residences by leveraging the commercial management infrastructure he had developed over the previous 16 years with HMO’s sister real estate company. Robert feels that offering Home Watch services is a perfect complement to HMO’s existing home management options.

Robert attended the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts. His affiliations include the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Robert has authored articles for Banker & Tradesman and New England Journal of Real Estate.

Philanthropy is central to HMO’s mission; Robert and HMO support many community and educational organizations.
