Home or Away AZ of Phoenix, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Owner Judi Oliva is a native Nebraskan—and a wife, mother and semi-retired nurse—who combines her passion for helping people with a trusting, hardworking, personal approach to monitoring and keeping her clients’ homes safe and secure while they are away.
Eager for a career change and encouraged by a realtor friend, Home or Away AZ was established in 2016. Judi’s mission is to provide a reputable service that clients could trust and depend on, regardless of their situation. Judi enjoys establishing relationships with her clients and tailoring her visits to their needs, and she feels privileged in doing so.
Judi is also prepared to assist as concierge to coordinate any other services they may need (cleaning, “the trades,” landscaping, pool service, personal shopping, etc.), minimizing the obstacles encountered when not a full-time resident.
For any homeowners who lease their properties, Judi becomes the liaison between owner and renter, as she continually strives to ensure worry-free home ownership in Arizona.
