Home Watch by 3 Palms, of Bradenton, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Mark Brousseau
Greetings!
Home Watch by 3 Palms of Bradenton, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Mark Brousseau grew up in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, where he played varsity hockey, baseball, and golf while in high school. He was involved in sports into his 50s and still finds time for golf. Mark was co-captain of his hockey team in 1977, and that team was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame at St. Bernard’s High School.
Mark was in the electrical program in trade school, later enrolling in the Computer Science program at the local college. He worked for 25 years in the computer industry, with experience in hardware and software. During this time, Mark bought, renovated, and rented seven properties and realized working with his hands was more gratifying. He started a deck-building business and went on to acquire a Construction Supervisor license, which he used for pulling permits and overseeing work for a national sunroom chain.
In 2013, Mark’s dream of moving to Sarasota, where he visited his Dad for 30 years, became a reality. He presently works as Maintenance Manager for an 80-unit luxury condominium on Longboat Key. In the past six years, Mark has taken on 20 units for weekly condo watch, where he has been able to identify issues before they become major problems.
Mark realized the need for Home Watch services in Sarasota, so he decided to start his own business. Now, he will use his troubleshooting skills, ability to recognize potential property hazards, and leadership to help homeowners who are away.
We got to meet Mark in October at the NHWA’s 2022 North American Conference in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Home Watch by 3 Palms serves Palmetto, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, St. Armands Key, Sarasota, Nokomis, Casey Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Ellington. You can reach Mark at (941) 302-4024 or at navybrousseau@gmail.com. Learn more from his website, at www.homewatchby3palms.com.
Welcome, Mark!
