Home Watch of Arizona of Scottsdale, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the eighth year.

John and Debbie Hay started Home Watch of Arizona in 2011. They understood what it was like to be in the shoes of seasonal and absentee homeowners. Inspired by the person who watched their second property for over 20 years, John and Debbie wanted to offer that same personal touch to their existing real estate customers in Arizona.

Noticing that this need existed for more than just their real estate clients, John and Debbie decided to expand their services to other homeowners in the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix areas.

With many years of real estate experience, Home Watch of Arizona is familiar with the value of frequent property inspections and other needs of absentee homeowners. Debbie and John created a licensed, bonded, insured, and nationally accredited Home Watch company to bring a sense of comfort to clients with unoccupied properties.

In 2017, daughter Jennifer Hay joined the business and has become an integral part of the day-to-day operations, ensuring uninterrupted service for years to come.
