Home Watch of Southwest Michigan, of St. Joseph, MI, earns fourth-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

Home Watch of Southwest Michigan of St. Joseph, Michigan, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.

Owner Jim Sarno is life-long resident of Southwest Michigan. Living and working in the areas he services helps him to provide a personal connection to his customers. Meeting potential clients and talking with them about the community is something Jim really enjoys. Working in municipal and private construction for the past 16 years, he has a reputable base of experienced professionals that our customers have come to depend on. If they find an issue at a home, Jim and his staff can take corrective actions right away. Many of their clients have contacted Home Watch of Southwest Michigan during the off-season for recommendations and referrals.

Home Watch of Southwest Michigan is looking forward to its fourth winter in business, providing peace of mind for vacation homeowners who leave their summer homes on the Lake and locals who travel south to their winter homes.

Jim’s company continues to grow, despite the uncertainties of the past year. Some clients didn’t return, so Home Watch of Southwest Michigan watched their homes for a longer period of time; some clients never left; and they have some new clients whom they met virtually because the clients really wanted someone to check on their home.

Jim is grateful to the NHWA for their fourth year and being the longest accredited Home Watch business in Southwest Michigan. Jim and his staff look forward to “making your second home our first priority.”
