Home Watch of Southwest Michigan, of St. Joseph, MI, earns sixth-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jim Sarno

Greetings!

Home Watch of Southwest Michigan of St. Joseph, Michigan, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.

Owner Jim Sarno is a life-long resident of Southwest Michigan. Living and working in the areas he services helps him provide a personal connection to his customers. Meeting potential clients and talking with them about the community is something Jim really enjoys. Working in municipal and private construction for the past 18 years, he has a reputable base of experienced professionals that his customers have come to depend on. If they find an issue at a home, Jim and his staff can take corrective actions right away. Many of their clients have contacted Home Watch of Southwest Michigan during the off-season for recommendations and referrals.

Home Watch of Southwest Michigan is looking forward to its sixth year in business, providing peace of mind for vacation homeowners who leave their summer homes on the Lake and locals who travel south to their winter homes.

Jim’s company continues to grow, despite the uncertainties of the past few years and increased competition because his clients like having the experience of the longest serving member of the NHWA in the State of Michigan and because they take the accreditation process and being bonded and insured very seriously. Jim and his team are also doing more for their customers every year, like helping them manage contract work, procuring reputable vendors to do necessary work on the homes they watch, and being available to answer questions and help them with most anything they need.

Jim is grateful to the NHWA for their six years of membership. He and his staff look forward to “making your second home our first priority.”

Home Watch of Southwest Michigan serves the northwest part of Indiana near Lake Michigan, Berrien, Van Buren, and Allegan Counties, including New Buffalo to St. Joseph, Paw Paw Lake area, South Haven to Glenn and Fennville, and everywhere in between. You can reach Jim at (269) 281-4584 or at jim@mihomewatch.com.  Learn more from his website, at www.mihomewatch.com.
