Greetings!
Home Watch Services Plus of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Brian Padgett and his wife, Patricia, moved to Cape Coral from the western suburbs of Illinois. They uprooted to Southwest Florida because they felt it represents the values they hold dear, such as being family oriented and having a common-sense approach to life.
Brian was working as a Realtor in Naperville, Illinois, when the managing broker told him about the concept of Home Watch and thought it might be a good line of business to complement his investment “fix-and-flip” business. At that time, Brian was already thinking about moving to Florida; he put Home Watch on the back burner. Now that Brian is in Cape Coral, and with two small children, he needed a business that was flexible so he could have the right work/life balance with his family. That’s when the idea popped back into Brian’s mind, and he started the process of building the business.
After earning a degree from the University of Montana in Business Marketing and Management, Brian held a real estate license and while in Florida has been a guest teacher. Brian serves on the PTO board as Vice President for Diplomat Elementary, volunteered his time to help coach girls’ soccer at the Cape Coral Soccer Association, and was a lecturer at his local church parish.
Brian says that entrusting a family-owned business with your home is paramount to peace of mind. He wants to assure his clients that they will receive the highest level of trust, dignity, and respect.
