Home Watch Squad of The Villages, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Donna Marie and Stephen LaBelle launched the Home Watch Squad in the fall of 2018. They are passionate about advocating for and educating about the importance of a Home Watch program to protect a client’s dream home or investment property. As Home Watch providers, the Home Watch Squad will proactively and electronically report any obvious issues that need to be addressed and communicate expeditiously with the homeowner.
Donna Marie identified the need for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Home Watch business for the care of seasonal residents and their lifestyle needs. She felt the opportunity was a perfect fit for her, as she could utilize her business and creative skills to give that personal touch. Donna Marie and Stephen have cultivated excellent relationships with their community and take pride in what they do.
Donna Marie has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows her commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
