Home Watch Unlimited Services of Orlando, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the fourth consecutive year.
Owners Natalia Sanromá and José Cruz are residents of Dr. Phillips community in Orlando. José has Bachelor’s Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, and Interior Design and Decoration. He has vast experience in remodeling and general construction. Natalia is an account with extensive administrative and managing experience, having established and owned successful businesses throughout the past 30 years.
In 2006, Natalia and José bought their vacation home in Orlando. The house, being closed for months at a time, encountered emergencies while they were away. After retiring to Florida, they conceived the idea of Home Watch and related services in Central Florida to relieve the stress of owning a second home thousands of miles away. Home Watch Unlimited Services was established in 2009 with the purpose of offering home owners peace of mind, with trust, reliability, and the best customer service. All home requirements and personal needs are covered in a very special way, from concierge services and home remodeling to property management for vacation rentals. This personal relationship with home owners creates the assurance that clients’ homes will be carefully taken care of by trusted partners. Natalia and José service not only “snowbirds” from all over the United States and Canada; they also have clients from Europe, South Africa, China, India, Mexico and Puerto Rico, among other countries. Being fluent in both English and Spanish helps Natalia and José communicate and better understand their clients’ needs and preferences.
We had the pleasure of seeing Natalia and José at the NHWA’s 4th Annual North American Conference in September.
Besides managing the company, in her spare time Natalia does volunteer work with her therapy dog, visiting hospitals, schools, universities, and working with autistic and disabled children and cancer patients. Both Natalia and José are big motor sports fans. They have worked with international auto racing entities, organizing racing events in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Florida.
