Owner Freddy Matos takes pride in providing complete client satisfaction by offering high-quality service, a professional and caring attitude, and reliability.
Before starting his Home Watch business, Freddy spent the previous 10 years working in different industries in South Florida, North Georgia, and North Carolina. His work revolved around helping seasonal homeowners in different capacities, from working with interior designers, helping them purchase furniture, moving them into their homes, property management, and self-storage.
After a decade of hearing painful stories from those who left their homes unoccupied for months at a time, Home Watcher Pros was born. Freddy now serves the North Georgia Mountains by providing routine Home Watch visits, concierge services, and coordination of vendor services with a detailed eye, so seasonal homeowners can sleep soundly knowing they have a trusted professional checking on their house.
Freddy has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Freddy’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
In his free time, Freddy likes to go on adventures with his wife of 14 years and their five children.
