Home Watcher Pros of Blairsville, GA, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Home Watcher Pros of Blairsville, Georgia, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.

Owner Wilfredo “Freddy” Matos is a long-time advocate of complete client satisfaction by providing an exceptional experience based on high-quality service, a professional and caring attitude, and reliability.

Before starting his Home Watch business, Freddy spent the previous 10 years working in different industries in South Florida, North Georgia, and North Carolina. His work revolved around helping seasonal homeowners with their homes, from working with interior designers to furniture sales, to moving them into their homes, to property management, and storage. After a decade of seeing a need for someone to watch over their homes while they were away, Home Watcher Pros was born. Freddy now serves the North Georgia Mountains by providing Home Watch, concierge services, and coordination of services with a detailed eye, so that “uh-oh” doesn’t turn into “oh, no!”

Freddy has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA. The CHWP designation shows Freddy’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Freddy enjoys spending his free time outside with his wife of 11 years and their four children.
