HomeStead Property Watch and Management Services of Hancock, New Hampshire, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
A native of New Hampshire, Owner Kurtis Grassett is a Licensed Certified Master Home Inspector in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He is also licensed to conduct septic evaluations and is certified as a mold investigator.
With all of Kurt’s experience and knowledge in construction and in homes and systems, Home Watch seemed like the next logical step.
HomeStead’s Operations Manager, Scott Lester, has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making him one of the elite Home Watch professionals in the industry. Scott’s CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show HomeStead’s commitment to providing excellent service to its clients.
Scott grew up in Antrim, New Hampshire, where he had a career in law enforcement that concluded in 2021 as the Antrim Chief of Police. His dedication to home safety and experience on the police force takes Homestead’s Home Watch service to a whole new level and ensures their clients’ homes are being diligently watched and that obvious issues or concerns will be brought to their clients’ attention.
