Homewatch Concierge of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the 12th year.
Homewatch Concierge became an early member of the NHWA in 2012. If you know the coastal area of Delaware, you know the amount of beach and vacation homes that populate Rehoboth and the surrounding beaches. With that number of homes to service, Tjark Bateman saw the opportunity to join the business in 2014 and become the company principal. It was a perfect fit for Tjark, who had compiled over 25 years of customer service working with his family’s business. A pretty impressive guy, he was born and raised in Sussex County, where he is extremely active in his community. He supports local groups like the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society & Museum, Rehoboth Beach Art League, and the Children’s Beach House. He also supports the Jimmy V Foundation on a national level. Tjark served on the Rehoboth Beach Planning and Zoning Board and the State of Delaware Environmental Appeals Board. He is also a founding member of Community Bank Delaware. A resident of Rehoboth Beach, Tjark lives there with his wife and daughter.
JB Moore joined Homewatch Concierge in May of 2016 and became the co-owner. JB brought more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience with him. Prior to Homewatch Concierge, he served as a manager for several different local hotels. He sits on the Board of Directors for Coastal Properties, a hotel management company. JB was born and raised in Rehoboth Beach and feels proud and lucky to live in such a beautiful beach community. He is a graduate of Elon University and resides in Rehoboth Beach with his wife and five children. Both JB and Tjark are licensed Delaware Realtors.
