I am very pleased to announce that Homewatch Services Etc. of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the ninth year.
Carl Lorenzini, one of the most enthusiastic and driven people I have ever known, oversees one of the premier Home Watch companies in the U.S. and Canada.
Carl’s success is a direct result of his Midwestern work ethic, strong family values, and a desire to deliver the very best service to his many clients. Carl and his four team members (Michael, Steve, Walter, and Robert) have all earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional. This makes them elites in the Home Watch industry who deliver top-notch service to their clients by following the Best Practices of the NHWA while reporting their findings to them using GPS-location Home Watch management software. Carl learned the importance of maintaining unoccupied homes from his 20 years of experience in the property management profession. Homewatch Services Etc. reflects that knowledge. Carl prides himself on offering “client-centric” service, knowing that this will truly satisfy his clients, while continuing to grow Homewatch Services Etc.
Carl also helps to steer the direction of the Home Watch industry by serving on the NHWA’s Advisory Board. He is also an instructor for the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and is the Chapter Lead for the NHWA’s Southwest Florida Chapter.
Born in Illinois and partially raised in Indiana, Carl relocated to Bonita Springs, Florida, in 2001. A family man, Carl and his wife Brittany have two beautiful kids. I am always happy when I get to spend time with them while I am in Southwest Florida, and I just saw Carl two weeks ago while I was on my Florida tour.
