Homewatch Services Etc. of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the sixth year.
Originally from the Midwest, President Carl Lorenzini moved to Bonita Springs in 2001. His involvement in property management began 16 years ago. Carl is trained and educated in most aspects of the property management field. He understands the importance of maintaining vacant properties, along with the level of trust and responsibility involved when clients choose to hire a Home Watch professional. That is why maintaining a high level of service is crucial to him.
2017 has been an eventful year for Carl, both personally and in business. In November, he and his lovely wife, Brittany, welcomed their beautiful daughter Norah into the world. Carl says that between his two children “they will be the third generation of Lorenzinis to lead the company.”
2017 was also a year of “client-focused” growth for Carl’s company—thanks to the dedicated service of his three team members: Michael Davis, Robert Polis, and Thomas Stapleton. Carl always says that great team members, coupled with the use of GPS Home Watch industry management software, have provided his clients with the highest level of service and reporting.
Carl also sits on the NHWA Advisory Board and Best Practices Committee, which allows him to share his expertise and guidance with the entire Home Watch industry.
