I take a lot of pride in announcing that Homewatch Services Etc. of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the 10th consecutive year.
It is no accident that owner Carl Lorenzini has built Homewatch Services Etc. (HWSE) into one of the top Home Watch companies in the entire industry. Established by Carl’s dad to enhance his real estate business, Carl left his job as a property manager, bought the company, and began to build. Since joining the NHWA, Carl has grown his company through hard work, strong family values, and dedication to his clients—what he defines as being “client-centric.” Carl and his team (Michael, Steve, Walter, and Robert) have all earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professionals, making them among the elite in the Home Watch industry. He sets the bar high and insists on the best training and customer service from everyone affiliated with HWSE.
Born in Illinois and partially raised in Indiana, Carl relocated to Bonita Springs, Florida, in 2001. He and his wife, Brittany, have two beautiful kids. I always enjoy spending time with them when I am in southwest Florida on NHWA business.
Carl is quite involved with the NHWA. He has served on the NHWA Advisory Board since it was established. He is one of the authors of the Home Watch Boot Camp and Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) curricula. He conducts training of Home Watch Boot Camp and serves as Chapter Lead for the Southwest Florida NHWA Chapter.
