Homewatch Suncoast of Sarasota, FL, earns fourth-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owner Julie Rosenkrantz is a longtime resident of Sarasota. She has been very involved in her community, her neighborhood homeowners association, the Architectural Review Committee, volunteering, and supporting local non-profits. Prior to her move to Sarasota, she worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies in the Connecticut insurance market as a financial account manager in the employee benefits area. She has also held her Florida Real Estate License for the past 10 years.
Julie and her late partner, Don Mark, started Homewatch Suncoast because they saw a need in the Sarasota area for a professional Home Watch company. Many of their friends were seasonal homeowners who either didn’t have anyone watching their homes in the summer or had a friend or neighbor “look in on the place” while they were gone. Julie and Don heard many horror stories of friends coming home to pests, roof leaks, A/C issues, and mold.
With professional reporting for insurance purposes, professional home checks and communication, and a preferred vendor list should an issue arise, Julie and her team ensure their clients the highest quality of care for their homes.
I had the pleasure of meeting Julie during my Florida tour in January. In fact, she coordinated our get-together in Sarasota.
A little about the National Home Watch Association: The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).
