House Check International of Port St. Lucie, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA.
Owners Bill and Bridget Redeker purchased House Check International five years ago. At the time, they had 34 clients; as of today, they have grown their business to nearly 250 clients. Through offering timely, responsible and exceptional service, formalizing the house check process and presentations, and putting key systems into place, House Check maintained a keen focus in growing both the house check aspect and its supporting/ancillary businesses.
Though their focus has been within the house check umbrella, Bill and Bridget also saw a natural extension and set of opportunities arise, and they are now both real estate professionals. Their numerous vendor and contractor relationships allowed them to embark on personal house renovations (for speculation) and offer their keen eye and expertise in a consulting capacity for clients in their community doing their own renovations.
The NHWA’s Annual Conference in September was the impetus for the Redekers to finally join the NHWA, although they’d been aware of us for a few years. Bill and Bridget truly believe that this eye-opening and breakthrough event, with the shared experience of their peers and amazing guest speakers, will be a critical turning point and a defining moment to help them revolutionize their business even further and propel them to a higher plateau of success.
The Redekers knew from the minute they heard about the unique need of supporting an absentee homeowner that the potential of this business could be unlimited, but they are even more focused and hungry to expand this concept. To have all the support and motivation from the NHWA not only provides more credence and validation to their particular business; it excites them to be an integral part of this industry.
